Last Asylum: Plague is a strategy and base-building game set during a mysterious pandemic. As a plague doctor, you run a sanctuary that serves as the town's final refuge, caring for the sick while gathering supplies and rebuilding the community around it.
- Treat patients, brew herbal remedies and add wards as more people arrive
- Send survivors out for timber, herbs and food, and claim outposts in the wild
- Recruit heroes and build towers to fight off the Rat Swarm and its Rat King
- Assemble hero squads to retake plague-stricken towns and expand your territory
