Root vs non-root mods: which should you use?

Two deliveries, same mods. Pick by your device, not by the game.

Non-root: the modded APK

A complete modified game install, signed by us. It installs standalone, needs no special permissions beyond the one-time installer grant, and works on stock phones. This is the default most players should use.

Root: the universal module

For rooted phones, one module serves every game: it loads the mod inside the original, unmodified game install. No resigned APK, no reinstall when the game updates its signature checks.

Which one is safer for my game account?

Neither is undetectable — modding violates most games' terms either way. Root hides the signature change but exposes root itself; some games check for that. Use accounts you can afford to lose on both paths.

Can I switch later?

Licenses cover the game, not the delivery — where a game offers both, you can switch freely from the same game page; some protected titles ship non-root only.
